Refund Policy

Because all Mailbox Mania products are custom made and personalized to each customer's specifications, all sales are generally final once peroduction has begun.  Each mailbox is created specifically based on the design, colors, and details approved or requested by the customer, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds or replacemnts may only be considierred inc ases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order details.  In such cases, customers must contact us within a resonable timeframe after delivery and provide photos of teh issure so we can reivew and resolve the matter appropriately.

If an order has not yet entered the produciton stage, limited changes or cancellations may be possible depending on the statuss of the project.  Once work has begun, materials and labor cossts are already in progress and refuns may no longer be available.
